We collect information that you provide directly to us when you interact with the PromptFlow marketplace:

• Account & Purchase Data: When you purchase a premium prompt, we collect your email address to deliver your digital product, send receipts, and securely provision access to your Vault.
• Communications: If you contact us directly via support@promptflowing.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter Subscriptions: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you free weekly prompts and AI insights.

2. Automatically Collected Information & Analytics

To optimize our marketplace and provide a seamless browsing experience, we use Google Analytics (via gtag.js) and similar tracking technologies to collect metadata about how you interact with our site. This includes:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and click interactions (e.g., searches, category clicks).
• General location data (at the city or regional level) to optimize content delivery.

This information is anonymized and aggregated. We use it strictly to improve our UI/UX, measure the performance of our prompt catalog, and refine our search algorithm.

3. Payment Processing Security

PromptFlow prioritizes your financial security. We do not store, process, or transmit your credit card details or payment information on our servers.

All transactions are securely processed directly through industry-leading payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. These processors adhere to strict PCI-DSS compliance standards. The only data we receive from Stripe/PayPal is a cryptographic token confirming your successful payment, alongside the email address necessary to fulfill your order.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

• To deliver digital products (Prompts, Workflows) directly to your Vault.
• To send administrative emails, including purchase receipts, security alerts, and support responses.
• To personalize your experience and display the most relevant AI prompts.
• To prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor against unauthorized access.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California), you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your data (Note: Deleting your data will result in the permanent loss of access to your purchased Prompts within the Vault).
• Right to Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from PromptFlow (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PromptFlow.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing digital products, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform or purchase any products herein.

2. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the prompt text, underlying algorithms, website design, text, graphics, and structure ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of PromptFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchasing a prompt ("Digital Product"), PromptFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Digital Product for your personal or commercial projects.

Strict Restrictions: Under no circumstances may you:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish the raw, raw-text prompt algorithms purchased from the Platform.
• Utilize automated software, bots, or scraping tools to extract prompt text, imagery, or data from the Platform.
• Package our prompts into competing digital products, databases, or "prompt packs" for commercial resale.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of your Vault access without refund and may subject you to civil liability.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PromptFlow provides highly engineered textual inputs designed to interface with third-party Artificial Intelligence models (e.g., OpenAI, Midjourney, Anthropic). We do not control these underlying models.

NO WARRANTY: The Digital Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, exact output generation, or future compatibility of our prompts with third-party AI models, as these models undergo independent updates outside of our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PromptFlow, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Digital Products or the Platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific Digital Product in question.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
